David W. Earnest attended the University of Illinois for his undergraduate education, and received his law degree from Chicago Kent College of Law. He has represented injured persons since 1979 and has been instrumental both in court and through negotiation in securing millions of dollars for clients during his career. He has been the managing partner of Sachs Earnest & Associates, Ltd. since the early 1990s.
David M. Sternberg received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Brandeis University in Massachusetts and his law degree from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington DC. With the firm since 1983, he has forged relationships with his adversaries and insurance adjusters, and through trials, mediations, and negotiations, has secured millions of dollars in compensation for injured persons throughout the years. He is the head of litigation and a partner in the firm.
Edward J. Campbell received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and his law degree from the University of Arizona. He has practiced both general law and personal injury, and now concentrates in representing injured persons at trials, arbitrations and mediations with many favorable jury verdicts and settlements. He is the senior associate at the firm.
Gerald M. Sachs, the founding partner of the firm, started practicing law after graduating from Northwestern Law School in 1959. He concentrated his firm's practice in injury claims, and has done it all both in court and out of court. He continues his presence with the firm, offering his experience and knowledge gathered from more than a half century of fighting for injured persons.
